Class Registration Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by You:

  • If you cancel your class registration more than 14 days before the class start date, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If you cancel between 7-14 days before the class start date, you are entitled to a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the class start date, no refund will be provided unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation by Us:

If we cancel a class for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid, or we can offer to transfer your registration to another available class at no additional cost.

Return of Materials

All painting materials provided during class sessions remain the property of the studio. Materials cannot be returned or refunded as they are consumed during the class experience.

Major Failures

If there is a major failure with our service, you have the right to:

  • Cancel the service and receive a full refund
  • Receive compensation for any damages or loss you have suffered

A major failure occurs when:

  • The service has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it
  • The service is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time
  • The service is unsafe

Pricing and GST

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. GST is a 10% tax applied to most goods and services in Australia.
